It is a very deep navy - it was sold to me on eBay as black lol. I checked and the waist is just barely shy of 30", the hips are 37" and it is 17" long. It sits below your natural waist so the 17" isn't as short as it sounds. It's been worn and washed once and I tailored the 6 down to more like a 4. It just doesn't sit well on my curves. Perhaps someone with thinner thighs/behind would wear it much better? It's really the only quality name brand item I'm tossing - the others aren't fit to share with you fab ladies! :)</p> <p>I'd say it's 30" waist and 36 or 37" hip off hand and about 17 or 18" long. </p>
