I have never heard of evernote..but I am very intrigues. Would you keep us updated on the process ?

I just started using a style app a couple of weeks ago, but I like it that evernote handles many things across many platforms.

I tend to wear the same things in the same combinations. In addition, I am an occasional use of the Evernote app for collecting notes, etc. and syncing them across all of my devices. It occurs to me that it might be a good tool to catalog my outfits and combinations, using the tagging feature. Does anyone else do this? If so, any tips?

Here's what I've done so far: I tried on my new brown dress with just about every other item of clothing I own, and I photographed those outfits. I'm sending a photo of each "keeper" to my Evernote notebook called "clothing." And I'm tagging each item of clothing for each photo. So on one photo, my tags are: brown dress, blue flyaway cardi, brown tall boots. The next photo is tagged: brown dress, brown cashmere cardi, red belt, red shoes.

Once I have several outfits uploaded, I should be able to click the tag for "brown dress" and pull up all of the combinations. Or I can click "brown cashmere cardi" and pull up all of the outfits that use that item.

At least, that's the theory. I'll be testing it out. But I wanted to know if anyone else has been doing this and has any tips. If so, thanks for sharing.
