And the length will look good with jeans and pants.&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/anyone-seen-the-halogen-smocked-side-leather-jacket-in-person#post-1521857 Fri, 17 Jul 2015 17:29:19 +0000 Diana 1521857@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I have been waffling over ordering this all week.&nbsp; (And it's currently sold out in my size so I'd have to wait for a return).&nbsp; Angie just listed the plus size version as a top pick.&nbsp; </p> <p>I could use a new black leather jacket, one that actually closes.&nbsp; (Currently I have the Speigel lemming jacket, which looks bad closed, and an old moto that is too tight when zipped up.&nbsp; This would replace the too-small moto.)&nbsp; But my problem with motos is that they are almost always too small at the bottom band because they are also too long so that band hits at a wide point on my hip.&nbsp; Sizing up makes the top too big.&nbsp; So I thought maybe the smocking on this jacket would help with that issue since it is presumably stretchy.</p> <p>I'm wondering if anyone has seen it in person.&nbsp; I am specifically wondering about the length - the site says 23" which is a bit long for me but may be OK if the smocking is stretchy enough.&nbsp; Which brings me to my other question - just how stretchy is it?&nbsp; And how does it look IRL?&nbsp; I would prefer a relatively clean look.&nbsp; <br />And how soft is the leather? </p>
