I have to admit I always overlook them because of the horrid slipper boots.</p> <p>I found these... what do you think? Sole is brown but it looks dark so it would probably be low contrast enough... although the buckles at top might be too bulky. I have many happy clients in these Uggs - flip up the tops to NOT showcase the fur. However, they are not very well made and kind of stiff and weird, plus I don't love the toe shape, so I'd really like to replace them. I've found some options (like the Miz Mooz pair in the first photo) but they all seem to have brown soles. So... anyone seen something like these this season but with black soles? I want around a 3" heel with AT LEAST 1" platform, and a slim ankle fit. </p> <p>My existing boots that I want to replace are shown in the 2nd photo.</p> <p>ETA: Or really dark brown wood soles would be OK too. Just something low contrast with the rest of the boot. </p>
