I tried it once but it was a while ago. I wanted boho casual clothing with prints. I was aiming for a less-twee Free people vibe. I added a few inches to my actual dimensions since I wanted a relaxed fit. Most of the stuff they sent fit pretty well and the styles were ok. The price point was 60-90 dollars per piece. A majority of the items were house brands. Angie was one of the brands (I think Macy's carries it in their juniors section).

Thanks for the review, Liz.

Biscuit, if their sizes are too wee, have you looked at GwennieBee? I've heard excellent things about them from a number of friends.

Oh, and sorry I see that I missed some questions in my spiel...

Annie, they say that the average item is $75. I'd say that's accurate. However, I did notice they charge a lot for some knit jersey items... more than I'd normally pay. That said, I have been mostly pleased with the quality of the items, and some are worth the price. They do sometimes send things are above the ranges I requested... kind of annoying, but I just don't buy them.

Denise, the have all different kinds of pieces, dresses, tops, you name it! I think they send fewer structured items, because they are harder to fit. From what I've seen, it's mostly casual. You can also stipulate dressy, casual, business, etc. (now I wonder if they would follow that request?)

I previously had a referral code listed here, but I wondered if that was inappropriate on YLF, so I went ahead and removed it :)

Hm let's see... I will try to remember to get brand names and take pics when I get home. I may not have time, so I may get back to you on Monday with that info.

I seem to recall that they do have one or two house brands that they use, and a lot of it is lesser known stuff, at least to me. I believe the only brand I recognized was Kensie. I read a lot of reviews online before I signed up (there are TONS). And I was hooked because of the cool patterns I saw on so many girls.

Ok, so when I signed up, I imagined that I would work with a particular stylist, who would read my comments, up to and including my measurements, and find great pieces that I would love and that would fit me and my style. I have come out with 4 great pieces that I probably never would have ordered myself, and they really work, so that is the upside!

The downside is that it is nothing like I imagined. They talk a big game about how you should rate each item that you return and comment on why it didn't work and how they will get to know your style better and the packages will come to fit your style to a T. NOT SO!!! I have my doubts as to whether they read the comments at all. They have you rank certain styles that you like or don't like, such as romantic, bohemian, preppy, etc. So from what I've seen, my guess is that they simply sort the items by these styles and by size, and they choose the garments they send you that way. I have not seen any evidence that they have read any of my comments.

Maybe I'm too demanding, but I got tired of receiving clothes that were too tight in the shoulder or hip when I clearly stated my measurements! Hello, not all smalls are cut the same. That being said, I don't think it would hurt for you all to give it a try at least one time and see for yourself. I did get some fun pieces. Maybe the clothes will fit you a little better (I'm an hourglass). Hope this helps!

I've tried it. I like it, because I like getting packages and trying new things, but it's not foolproof by any means.

They have you fill out a detailed questionnaire, and you can link to your pinterest, so in theory the stylist would use her judgement based on the info you give her to choose items according to your taste. The results are... hit or miss. Honestly, I don't think they pay much attention if any at all to what you put in your profile, aside from the sizes you choose. I put that I normally wear small (I chose small in the drop down box), but that I frequently have to size up to medium if something fits closely in the shoulders or hips. Every single thing I've ever gotten has been a size small.

I have a few items that I've gotten from there that I love, so it's been worth it to me. I do think the clothing skews young. I have more opinions, but I'll keep it brief.
