My boyfriend had I had a terrible experience shopping online with the Grace Project. This past Christmas, I told my boyfriend I wanted a top I had seen in their Catalog. He ordered it and it arrived in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I filled out the exchange option on the form since I did not want to re-order the item. I figured I could wait a few weeks to receive the exchange. I mailed back the top using the shipping label they enclosed which used tracking. I was able to check the tracking number with the shipping carrier and saw that Grace Project had received the item 4 to 5 days later. Then I waited, and waited....about 3 weeks later when I had not received any type of correspondence notifying me that they had received the top and were processing my order. I decided to call. The customer service rep told me that they were very "backed up" on orders and that I should continue to wait and it I had still not received my order in another 2 weeks I should call back. I stupidly, accepted this as an explanation and decided I could wait a few more weeks. I really wanted this top. To make a long story short, I never had back from Grace Project. I got fed by of waiting and told my boyfriend to go ahead and call to find out what was happening with the order. When he called the customer service rep told him that they would not be able to issue a refund because their company had not taken hold of the merchandise and it was still at their "Receiving Warehouse" and they were really behind on orders but they could send him the same top if he placed another order...and "yes, they would have to bill him again" Ridiculous! He finally told them that he would dispute the charges since they had charged his card and almost 2 months ago and he still had no merchandise from Grace Project. They quickly changed their tune and finally agreed to issue a refund 7 days later.

I just got a catalog in the mail today and I love the way everything looks. Plus it's made in the US, which I like. But with exercise clothing in particular, it's very difficult to determine whether it flatters all the sizes they offer, or just the people featured in the catalog.
