I was allowed to wear jeans with "designer" back pockets though, but none by the "Fancy Ass" company, even if they were somewhat decent looking -- it was the tag that bothered my parents: "No boy is going to look and see you have a fancy ass". All the rage in the early 80s in western Canada. I now gladly look back and fondly remember that I wasn't allowed to wear them. Or still selling really old ones in stock ha ha. </p>
