It hasn't arrived yet, so I don't know if I'm going to regret buying it but I'll be sure to let you know when it gets here. I love this look with a black elbow length top, black leggings, and ankle booties with tons of bangles.<br /> &amp; as for the hair, I don't think the tan vest would look bad at all, because Rachel Zoe has blonde hair and her favorite vest is that tan one she always wears. But then again, its Rachel Zoe.
