Thanks, Greg. 3rd party cookies was my problem. After several months, I can use Firefox again.

This problem is usually caused by 3rd party cookies being disabled in the browser.

For example, in Firefox under "preferences" in the "privacy" tab you might be using "Use custom settings for history" and then have the "Accept third party cookies" disabled. You can enable that "Always" or "Just from visited".

Both will work.

Please let me know if this helps.

I was just about to post the same thing. I get this message: "Please log in to YLF before using the bookmarklet. You can log in to YLF in a separate window and then come back to this page and try the bookmarklet again." I've tried rebooting and it doesn't help.

I'm currently having the same problem, Greg. I'm using Firefox. Started yesterday. I've tried J Crew and Banana Republic. Get the error message that I must be logged in. No problems previously. Have tried running CCleaner and have rebooted. Have not tried another browser yet.

I use Safari Greg, I am still unable to use the collect feature. It used to work perfectly.

Are you using the Internet Explorer web browser? Every so often people using IE run into this problem, but we have never been able to figure out what causes it. Normally after the browser is shut down completely and restarted (maybe after restarting the computer too) it sorts itself out.

We haven't seen this issue on other web browsers, so one way around it is to use Chrome or Firefox instead of IE.

I haven't been able to use the "YLF Collect" feature for several days now. I've tried several different web sites that usually work (Nordstrom for example", but when I click on the collect button, I get a pop-up telling me I need to log into YLF, even though I'm already logged in.
