I am often between a size Small and Medium and I got the Small. I have very long arms and the sleeves are long enough for me (often not the case for me). I decided that this is more cardigan than jacket so I returned it. It is very nice, however, and runs slightly big. In jackets, I am usually PS which is often slightly big, but PXS is generally too tight. In this, PXS worked for me.
