I've never had problems with returns, evn if it ends up later then the 15 day window. I love that you send to a us center first because it means shipping is reasonable. (yoox also does this.) I think they're very understanding about customs hold ups and things. </p> <p>It can take a bit longer to get orders delivered because they are coming from the uk.
