I try to buy brands that I know are quality (UGGs, Timberland, Minnetonka, I even have a pair of Stride Rite!) and I lean toward the "trendy" styles that I know won't be in for a long time. I just looked on zappos, and there seem to be a ton of kids boots that would fit me but also have very narrow circumferences. Since I'm also pretty petite, I suspect they wouldn't be too short. Am I missing something? Granted, the quality probably isn't going to compare, but I'm not sure that I can afford to be that picky, since my other option is no boots at all. </p>
