We pick the clothes at the store.<br />They are quick and have a great service.<br />As to the quality, it depends, the have great items, jackets, kimonos and others not so good (t-shirts). I wasn't sure exactly how much you meant "quality of Zara items" as opposed to "mail-order experience." Re the quality, what people are saying here is true with quality across the board (well, maybe not shabby, but overpriced for some of its stuff). As I said, I can return things in-store so and have never had any issues.&nbsp;</p> <p>One thing I can say, I ordered my beautiful bag online and it came the next day. Like less than 24 hours later. Angie recommends their bags and says they are typically pretty good quality. The shoes <b>look</b> great but I can't wear them (leather's way too stiff for me). Some of the clothes are terrific value and some fall apart after a wear or two. Sizing is on the small side compared to most of the big N.
