I just called a California store to order something that was out online. I talked to the manager and she is sending me my skirt no tax no shipping because I don't have an Anthropologie in my state. I have ordered a lot of stuff through stores across the country and I have never had anybody tell me that. She was a manager though, so she should know what she's talking about.
