The shoulder line looks like it hits just in the right place, and it closes properly, so all is well. The slightly long sleeves will probably be very cozy, so I wouldn't sweat that detail unless they are easily shortened. If there is a zipper on the cuff or some such deal, leave them be as they are not a deal-breaker.
