I also vote to try H&M if you have one of their stores near you. Their website doesn't sell to my market, so I don't know if you can order from them online. My navy H&M blazer fits your description, but it's from their spring 2012 line.

What about the Gap tipped blazer in Angie's store?

http://youlookfab.com/store/20.....my-blazer/

It comes in navy with black tips. Very comfy, great fabric and drape.

Ooh that first Zara blazer is sharp (I like the second a lot too, but I know the emphasized shoulders aren't for everyone). Not sure on the quality for their blazers, though the price is probably good. I seem to have good luck with blazers at H&M, but don't recall seeing anything like what you want last time I was in.

I have a nice navy blazer that I like from Frenchi ( a Juniors brand at Nordstrom). Not too long, fairly fitted at the waist and flaring out slightly at the bottom, nice lightweight fabric (no wool), lined. The only downside is the 3/4 sleeves - I like them during transitional weather but now that I am wearing long-sleeved shirts they are becoming a pain. Has anyone seen similar blazers anywhere? I am specifically looking for blazers that are not too warm, nipped in at the waist, and are not too expensive.

Thanks in advance!
