The first ones are a sand colour just as you describe. I am going to try them with some outfits that I normally wear and see what I think. I am a WAHM so they may not be that versatile.&nbsp;The picture looks darker brown than they are IRL. I agree on the black ones having a limited life span and they are under review for that reason. Also I have black frye veroncas and altho these dont duplicate my fryes would get less love.<br />I agree on the petty booties - wish they had them here in Canada. My pickiness has taken on a life of its own, resulting in more returns than imaginable. When returning I brought these 2 home to try out- let me know your thoughts.&nbsp;It might be that I need the petty ankle boot but that might take some finding from Canada. I have looked for a retailer but haven't yet found one.
