Just wanted to add something.... Love the dress, love the shoes, but together, I think it is a little tricky. To me the dress basically falls into the "daytime" category, and the shoes seem more like "evening wear." I think you could put them together for evening, if you added a few bold accessories. However, I think it would be tricky for the outfit to not get too busy and have the accessories compete with the shoes.</p> <p>I guess my preference would be to see the shoes with some color, even as simple as dark-wash jeans, rather than with the charcoal. Ironically enough, it is Di's comment on the full price thread that all the clothing she buys needs to make her do a little dance that is in my mind right now.</p> <p>The trench does not make me dance. I realized what I really want is a sophisticated lightweight coat for spring/fall . I have a dressier raincoat with a broken zipper which I like anyway, so I should invest in getting it fixed instead of buying a new raincoat. I can wait for the perfect walking coat.</p> <p>The cardigan does not make me dance but a long black cardigan does fill a wardrobe hole. I will return both and wait for the black SP to be back in stock.</p> <p>The shoes make me dance of course. An XS might give me the narrower shoulder and longer sleeves. This was more rain-coat/gear-ish than I had expected so I would eventually want a dressier trench. Given this, would the XS be worth getting? And which color - red/black/green?</p> <p>2) Black halogen cardigan (regular size) and blue halogen cardigan (petite).<br /> If I keep one, it would be the petite size (possibly in a different color). Is the petite too long on me? Does it work with the top and/or dress.</p> <p>3) Söfft 'Rialto' Sandal in black<br /> I'm keeping these unless you tell me they don't work with this dress or the yet to arrive Franco Sarto Mega sandals are even more amazing.
