				<description>&#060;p&#062;Great story.&#038;nbsp; I have always found Nordstrom's friendly and helpful about returns and other things too.&#038;nbsp; The SAs in the shoe department really know their stuff.&#038;nbsp; They have also been great about sending gifts I buy to out of state addresses and providing me with the tracking number.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;doubleh, that is a great story. I have had a very similar experience. I ordered some boots last year that did not fit me. So I had to return them, but I dawdled over the return for quite a while. Then, after I finally sent it -- it never got to them. And my account was (reasonably) not credited.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I phoned them up to check on it. Fortunately I did have the tracking number and they could easily see that I had sent the package. Well, that's all they needed to credit my account immediately and apologize profusely.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;They have also given me numerous price adjustments without the bat of an eyelash.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;If I didn't have the cross-border shopping issue, I doubt I would ever shop anywhere else!&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;If you get a Nordstrom card I think you are on the list automatically? You also get to take advantage of the presale then.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I never was a Nordstroms shopper until YLF. &#038;nbsp;There was never one close to me and the thought didn't occur&#038;nbsp;to me to order from a department store online...but so glad I am a convert! &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Anyway, I had an online return which they never received. &#038;nbsp;I emailed them today to follow up on the order and though they didn't actually get my return package they still credited my account- just like that.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>  &#038;nbsp; Super easy, no hassle and they just wooed me. &#038;nbsp;(Unlike the sour faces at BR or Gap if I make an online return in the store. &#038;nbsp;I feel like I need to approach them bowing with eyes averted.)&#060;br /&#062;They will be easily taking back my $70 plus probably a few hundred more very soon.&#060;/p&#062;
