I really like this coat on you as well and the colour is lovely on you (and much different than online somehow -- it's bright but looks less neon). The coat seems to fit you very well. I would not say you look stumpified (that would be difficult for you!!) I do think it is hard to judge a coat when one is barefoot. So the darts and waist on a regular 2 would hit in a different place than a tall 2. I often try both sizes though because with J Crew, garment sizing has been inconsistent. Each item is different.</p> <p>I would say that a tall 2 is more comparable to a regular 2 than a 4. The talls are not wider. It was a very bright and intense color, more so than I like. I think neon could describe it. It's a very cool toned fuschia. Not reddish at all IMO. I think it would look great if you have the right coloring. The tall size arm length was perfect. The A-line portion at the bottom looked awkwardly large on my frame. I do better with a straighter cut. Maybe it's a good coat for someone curvy? </p> <p>I have my eye on that herringbone pea coat but there are no tall sizes.
