Thank you, Inge! I will take a look at Julie's post again. It is probably too short to wear with leggings, but I am still looking for ponte pants, so maybe that would work. The collar is in shades of brown, tan and cream, so I'm not sure. I'll try to get a picture up and you all can tell me. :-)

And I love my new place, but it's been a hectic few months! Thanks again.

Hi Cindy

Hopefully you'll be able to get your camera fixed soon. I think seeing a picture will help us come up with more suggestions.

Just a thought:
If it's long enough, perhaps you could try it belted over ponte pants or even leggings?

Did you see Julie's (RoseandJoan) post in the Autumn Mom on the Go series? She had fab suggestions too:
http://youlookfab.com/2009/12/.....-outfit-7/

Welcome back by the way, I hope you are settling in in your new home?

chewyspaghetti's thread has me thinking about a wardrobe orphan in the back of my closet. I have a dark blue denim shirt given to me several years ago that has a leopard print collar, and I'm wondering if it's something I can make work in my current wardrobe.

The animal print makes it dressier, but does it also make it seem too dated? And I'm trying to think of ways to style it. I think it would look good with, say, the classic pencil skirt and pearls, but like chewyspaghetti, my lifestyle is pretty casual and I would have few occasions to wear it like that.

Ideas?

Unfortunately, my camera is currently on the fritz, but I'll try to get a photo up when I figure out what's wrong with it.

P.S. I haven't been around much due to a recent move, but I've missed this place!
