I was wearing a BR marino sweater. Yes, I can button the bust buttons -- I just prefer it folded into the V-shape as shown&nbsp;instead.... with scarf if needed. But yes it can be buttoned all the way up.</p> <p>Ummila, I don't mind the lapels -- I like the detective look. What bugs me the most, if we're going to get picky, is that I fear I look like a line backer from the back. Does it over accentuate my IT shape? Would I be better off with a design very similar to this, but with more volume in the hips, to give me more of an hourglass shape? I think that's what appeals to me about the magenta, now that I think about it. And also my BR trench. That said, what I really like the most about this Burberry is that the buttons are so close together. And there are more of them too.&nbsp;</p> <p>Rabbit- thanks! This is the only coat I tried on. I was told it's new and not available online. </p> <p>I was drawn to it because it was similar to the one I tried on yesterday, but with black buttons spaced closer together,&nbsp;and the collar seemed different/not as tall, and no back vent like the other one.&nbsp;This one has no liner or hood, though that can be added. It's also a size larger than the other one, not that it matters. Just saying this style is designed to be&nbsp;more slim fitting so I had to size up.&nbsp;</p> <p>The SA went to great detail about how it could be altered to fit perfectly. For example raising the belt -- as shown in this pics. And yes this one would need the arms shortened. Also he said they can steam the collar to get it to lay flatter, as shown here, I prefer it splayed more rather than standing up. He didn't show me any others because he said this one (with some tweaks)&nbsp;was "it." I didn't buy it -- took pics and said I had to go home and think about it.</p> <p>So.... what is the&nbsp;YLF ruling on this one?&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p></p> </p>
