I think it is hard to do oversized and chunky knit. I prefer a more fluid oversized look like the Garnet Hill sweater I posted for Natalie (which comes in a tneck). They are like two variations on a theme in my mind. </p> <p> I also feel like some part of an oversized item, at least on me, needs to be fitted - the sleeve or the shoulders - to avoid looking overwhelmed. I think you have the stature to pull this off but to my eye it's a lot of sweater. Chunky, cables, oversized... It's making you look a little disproportionate which I cringe to say as I know it's not the reality. And that was the same issue I had with the first sweater. I have recently purchased one but don't really have a proper coat to wear with it! I think that might be the reason for the new oversized coats we've been seeing.
