It will at least be a funny story in the future, even if we were not so amused last night. </p> <p>The big overhead light fixture in our room would not turn off! The hotel electrician came up and couldn’t solve it (a Lutron issue), and the night manager was not terribly speedy in fixing our situation — we finally got moved to an identical room a floor up, but it took almost two hours to get the issue addressed and solved, which is not how we planned to spend a romantic anniversary evening, LOL!</p> <p>But all is well. We are out today exploring and off to get a personal tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art from a friend who works there. And it’s a beautiful day today, but rain in the forecast tomorrow, so taking advantage of the good weather while we have it!
