I always have lost the weight eventually, so I suppose that is what I was waiting for. I usually by myself something as a "reward" when I get there<br /> BUT<br /> I have just tried on the jeans I just referred to - and I CAN do them up! They are tight around the waist though (this tend to be the last place preggy weight is lost from) but at least I could go shopping knowing that my old size (Australian size 10) will fit. The jeans are not suitable though, being rather trendy, with whiskering, a zipped pocket and some printing on them. So I think some dark wash ones are in order -- and maybe some skinnies as you suggested in another post</p> <p>Re orthotics - yes they are inserts. Of course I don't have to wear them all the time, but I prefer to most of the time. I like shoes with good deep heel support. The ones I wear most of the time were specially made for orthotics. My new boots feel good with them too! Sneakers are good toos. Wear the cowl draped in front so that the eye is drawn a little more up and down instead of horizontally.
