I swear it is as cold as Kingston, Ontario. Okay, I am sure if you checked the weather it would say a few degrees warmer, but there is a bitter wind and it is damp. I layered up today in my wool trousers with tights beneath, bra, cami, silk blouse leather jacket, wool coat, gloves. And it was still cold!!&nbsp;<br /><br />Guess what? I shopped all day. I tried on a ton of stuff (mostly at Cos). And only bought a BRA!!!
