I make a similar dressing and usually do a cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of vinegar. I don't like lots of vinegar in my dressing, just enough for some tartness. If you like more, then add more. Some people prefer more vinegar than olive oil. It's totally personal.</p> <p>The rest of the ingredients I think you can judge for yourself.
