It might be harder to see in the photo, but I lightened it up with silver hoop earrings, shiny black pearl necklace, two silver bangles and the silver hardware on the belt.</p> <p>I used to dress this way more before I joined YLF, because it was so easy to do all the dark neutrals together. </p> <p>I still like the look, but I wear a lot more color now.</p> <p>I wore this to preside over my board meeting. Usually I'm likely to wear something more professional, but this week is suit-my-own mood even beyond the usual. I was going to say I was still better dressed than everyone in the meeting, but my marketing chair had a spiffy tweed vest and a watch chain in his look, so I think he won the evening. </p>
