I sometimes have used a Dylon product if something is so far beyond being able to be retrieved, and dyed it an entirely different colour, so that I can keep it. Sometimes it has been successful and sometimes not. On the stained pair, have you tried using lemon juice? Sometimes I have luck with lemon juice where OxyClean fails. I pour some lemon juice on the stain and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then I add more and let it sit another 5-10. After 3-4 applications, you should be able to see a difference if it is going to work. I don't even know how I got the stain in that area--something I sat in on the subway, like spilled juice!<br /></div> </p>
