Some of these shows (which will remain nameless) sell such segments to corporate sponsors. A 3-5 minute segment that looks like journalism but is really advertising can cost upwards of $40K. Kim the producer of the show had just done a segment on the Oscars. She found out that stars have Botox injected into their ears in order to hold huge chandelier earrings. They also have Botox injected into their armpit glads to prevent perspiration. Why?
