You are not in the least masculine in this. Very feminine, and pretty! It's a great outfit. Nice quality pieces.

I think you look really nice in this! Your hair and figure are the perfect masculine foil as Una pointed out. I personally would go with no socks because I prefer to see and wear flats on their own. Love Angie's idea of a printed belt, and a colorful (bright, muted, pasted..) belt could also be fun here. Do you have any printed flats? A solid or metallic belt (or patterned if you feel like mixing!) with printed flats would be really fun with the pinstripe pants. If you are still concerned with the "softness", maybe try a silk button-up shirt instead. But I really like this look as is!

It's lovely but in my opinion a masculine look should have some kind of balance, a feminine touch, in Angie's look was the yellow jacket, you can add a necklace or a colorful bag!

I was going to say something about different belts to change up your outfit, but Angie beat me to it I love the pointy toed ballet flats, which look very feminine to me and keep this look from being too masculine.

You could never look like a man! I love the masculine styling here - goes so nicely with your hair and pretty feminine shape. I would not have thought to wear sock with ballet flats, let alone white socks with black flats - but the effect is like those cool, two-toned shoes that are popular now.

I like this a lot! Your figure and hair counter-balance the guy aspects of this outfit, which make it very alluring to my eye. I don't feel the need to femme up boyish looks anyway, but that's just me.

Of course you don't look like a man. I think this looks like smart business casual wear and given that it's a uniform the addition of the belt looks good. Not sure about white socks I think it wold look better with either black or flesh toned sock hose (like pantyhose). Anyway good to see you're off the couch and out of your PJs and hopefully have visions of wedding decorations running through your head.

So today's just another ordinary, hot Wednesday. The same old routine, the same old office, the same old office and the same old me.
Wanted to jazz up my outfit...didn't know where and how to when I have to wear uniform to work. So took some inspiration from Angie's soft masculine look post and created my own masculine look with the old uniform. Yes its not soft at all. It makes me look like a man, if I had no hair....
1. Blue shirt with silk embroidery stripes. (Uniform)
2. Belt (not uniform). I tried to wear all the neutrals at once black, grey, brown. Does it work?
3. Patent leather ballet flats with white socks (can't wear heels with my back problem). I chose to wear socks to give the ballet flats a formal look. Is this right?
4. Whole look. The pinstriped grey pants is also a part of the uniform. And yes I had the side pockets made so that I get a fuller hips illusion.
5. Bonus: the cup of tea I was having while posting this. Sorry for the mess!!!

Suggestions most welcome. How can I improve my uniform without looking too manly.
