Hello again Angie,

The one pair are cropped and it looks like they are hemmed just fine when I compare them to the pictures. As for the other pair they are called cigarette pants I guess because they are straight. I need to try them on again and get a good idea of what I am dealing with. If I need your help I will let you know. Thanks again for the speedy reply.

Hi Steph and welcome to the forum if I haven't welcomed you already!

Sorry I missed your question the first time round. Are you talking about a pair of cropped jeans, or a pair of normal jeans? If you're referring to cropped pants, you're looking at hemming to these lengths:

http://youlookfab.com/2008/05/.....er-skinny/

If you can manage a visual of yourself in the pants, that would be super helpful :0)

Hi Angie,
I did ask these questions in an older post but I'm not sure that you'll see them so I'm giving it a try here! First of all I have a new pair of jeans that are dark with thin white stripes and they are called cigarette pants. They are trouser like. They look great with a fab white blouse and my red ballet flats. What I'm not sure about is where the hem should hit my leg. I think they hit around my ankle area. I'm 5'3" and petite yet curvy. I really think they may be too long. Any ideas?? I also have some jeans from last year I think they are 7's, they fall just below the knee is that the proper length or should they be shorter. They are very cute with flats or wedges. That's all for now...thanks for listening and look forward to hearing back from you...take care :)
~Stephanie
