It must be nice to be more free in the style.<br /> Here in Scandinavia, the environment in law firms has become a lot more casual than what it was already some ten years ago. And it is a bit more casual in the summer. So it is ok to be more business casual than strictly corporate on some days. It varies also depending on the practice area. But there is still a certain style, like certain brands which are hugely popular among colleagues etc. A certain uniform in the more casual as well.
