The last six months have seen new roof, new siding, new back door and front porch door, and new HVAC. Currently in progress: carpet restretching, kitchen floor repair, patio repair, yard cleanup, fresh paint throughout, new bathroom mirror, ceiling repair from leaky roof, shed cleanout, etc, etc. Frankly, I’m kind of over being a landlord, but for now I have no choice.
