Based on your last thread, though, it definitely isn't worth it it to shell out fairly big bucks for shoes you're only lukewarm about. First I ordered the navy Seychelles Melancholy boots (they were on sale), and the black leather TopShop Margot booties. Then a couple of days later the TopShop booties went on 40% plus sale, so I added the patent ones, just to try.</p> <p>Well the Bay screwed up (for me - AGAIN). They sent me two pairs of the patent plus the Seychelles. I paid extra for 2 day shipping for my first order, and then I wasn't home to receive it so I had to drive to the Purolator outlet the next day to retrieve them. In the meantime the booties that I didn't pay express shipping for arrived on my doorstep before I even picked up the Express ones! Ugh. (and I'm still waiting for a cardi to try that apparently was supposed to arrive 2 days ago...come on Bay, you're killing me....)</p> <p>Long story short, they have all gone back. The patent ones, as good looking as they are, pinch the wide part of my right foot, so that was a dealbreaker from the start. The Seychelles seem like they would fit right into my wardrobe, but alas my feet were swimming in my usual size. They must fit big. Either way I wasn't upset since we've had some major expenses with the car &amp; dog, so these needed to be perfect for me to even consider keeping them.</p> <p>In the meantime, photo #3 is my current pair of Bocage booties that I bought last year in Paris. I am going to leave them by the front door and make every attempt to wear them and love them. I think someone (Mo? I apologize for not remembering) had a great post this summer about the question "What if you just wore what you had?".... So I am going to do just that!</p> <p>Thought I'd post in case anyone thought it would be helpful in their personal bootie quest. I know these boots are FAB on Una and work well for her. </p>
