And second, the colours (and neutrals) you have chosen here all work with your natural colouring so well. So that both outfits work out. I like both but they have a different effect. On your last post about no neutrals, I replied that in my book, navy is a neutral. Here again, the skirt in the first pic looks to me as if it has a neutral background that grounds it. I also like that the yellow ties the top and bottom together clearly and makes the whole thing look so pulled together and snappy.
