The ladies (and some gentlemen) here at YLF are lovely. I've been here for a little over 3 years, and everyone has been very patient with my slow fashion journey. I first came to YLF after a major illness had clipped a budding career and I was trying to figure out what to do with myself. I hadn't been shopping because I thought that I would need overhaul my "student" wardrobe for a "working" wardrobe, and that has become a 3-year journey because of my medical issues. I recently announced that I am finally starting a steady full-time job December 11th and have just started working part-time with the same company while finishing up a semester-long grad program. I am so sorry that you are dealing with this. I too know the frustration of having to hunt for a word. I have to limit my activities also, because of the fatigue and concentration problems. It's crummy!!! One of the reasons I got more interested in fashion was simply because there was very little I could enjoy anymore (all my leisure activities had been very intellectual), so I started to take more interest in simple things, like dressing and doing my nails. Maybe you arrived at these things by the same route? I too find every day a challenge.
