I was curious about this brand, so I’m glad I at least tried it.</p> <p>I actually ended up ordering a S and a M. I seem to be in between sizes, but not in a way that makes either one workable. </p> <p>First off, the overall look is quite nice. The cut is pretty flattering and appealing to me from the front view, the length is good, and it’s breezy and lightweight. I like the b&amp;w print. </p> <p>For the not so great: the fabric seems quite wrinkly. I think even after hanging, it seems like the type of material that holds onto wrinkles without that easy look of linen. I may be wrong about that — just the impression I got. That in itself is not a deal breaker for a casual summer dress. </p> <p>In the M, the armholes are too loose and show my bra too much, and the neckline is too loose and flops open. There is no closure to secure that v neck. There is also too much room in the back. I’m not crazy about how the elastic waist looks in the back either.</p> <p>Sizing down to a S very nearly works for me — the back fits better, and even the hip fit is fine. But the top is a smidge short — it starts looking more like an empire waist — and it’s a little too snug across the boobs. I think this dress might suit someone with a smaller chest than me, and possibly may be best on someone shorter. </p> <p>It does seem like a nice casual summer dress for someone with a different body type who doesn’t mind a few wrinkles. </p> <p>Pics 1-3 small<br /> Pics 4-6 medium</p> <p>Ponytail and minimal makeup because it was 99, with a “real feel” of 107 here today. YUCK! Oppressive. </p>
