Hopefully Amazon CS can help you out -- I find they're generally pretty good. And I echo what Diana says about contacting CS -- I don't think they read comments otherwise.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes, it's almost like my cursor got bumped to the next shipping option on it's own you know? &#038;nbsp;Like when Gap has them all listed, one above the other. &#038;nbsp;Amazon's is the same. &#038;nbsp;And it's like once I hit send, the option 'jumped' but I didn't stop to recheck at that very moment, assuming the free option had stayed as my default choice. &#038;nbsp;I'll be checking and rechecking very carefully from now on. &#038;nbsp;My only comfort on this round is that the strapless bra I&#034;m keeping is now back to list price of $44 and I got it for $21, so I can rationalize that the $13+ in shipping cost is what I'd have paid full price anyway. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Twice now, on the last 2 orders from Amazon I have been charged the 2-day shipping cost instead of free shipping. &#038;nbsp;I search for free shipping and returns on purpose and certainly have never rush ordered anything at a higher cost. &#038;nbsp;I thought maybe the first time might have been a mistake by me, but now twice in the last 30 days or so . . . I'm wondering if it's a glitch or error on their side that changes the shipping option without the buyer seeing it? &#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Either way, I'm annoyed. &#038;nbsp;And out about $25 when you put the 2 orders together. &#038;nbsp;I've written in the message section for returns twice now about it and have gotten zero response.&#038;nbsp;HARUMPH.
