				<description>&#060;p&#062;As an alternative to FITBIT, I have a wonderful pedometer that I use daily and have had great results with...It is an Omicron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedmeter for about 21.00 at Amazon...I wear it daily and it keeps walking results for a week...Gives steps, aerobic steps, miles...I have had it for a year and it keeps me walking to challenge me...I do 10,000+ a day and couldn't make it without my little coach...
