I used this technique in the past successfully. Even without a statement, if they have a good POS system they should be able to track it back for you just scanning your credit card. The author was advised she was supposed to know that this kind of shoe wasn't really made to take that. But boots?! At this price, I'm furious! I still have the box, but obviously not the receipt.<br /> Should I even try to take them back. </p>
