I had to wear high-end, super supportive inserts. The best thing about the Merrell's is that they have removable insoles; I could take out the originals and put in my inserts. So they've been really comfy for me! This week I felt that the Privos with narrower rounded toes (and a bit of a heel) looked better than the Merrell's with the wider toes. I have two pair of pumps -- one with narrower square toes and one with narrower rounded toes -- that now I want to try wearing with the skinnies and see how they look. I've only worn the skinny jeans during the day and not "out" so I haven't worn heels with them. I guess i have always felt insecure about them, and I am sort forcing myself to love and except the ways the way I am, but deep down I would always prefer 2" of my hips. *sigh* I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.</p> <p>Most of my shoes are flats or wedges or boots, most of those do not come with pointy toes. I have just one or two pairs of pumps, one is peep-toe and one round, but I hardly ever wear those. I guess I am afraid that they give away that " to dressed up/ trying to hard" vibe in my work environment.
