I do feel like I've made a lot of progress -- mostly due to your help. I'm glad that most of the outfits get a thumbs up! The teal cardigan is cotton so it should fit well over lighter spring/summer/early fall clothes. I really like the color so I wanted it to be a keeper.</p> <p>My belt collection is practically non-existence. I think I'll take Sarbear's suggestion and go try on a variety of belts and see what works. I like the concept but don't have the knowledge or the actual belts to put it into practice. But I'm glad that my other ideas are working. It feels good to be moving off the "what not to wear" list!</p> <p>Anne - I'm getting a Ph.D. in Russian and East European history; I specialize in Lithuanian history. It's fairly obscure! I worked for 10 years after getting a master's degree before going back to the Ph.D. program. It's a lot of work but I am really enjoying it.
