Cropped styles for bottoms are wonderful for my short self, because they fit me full length (or close to full length), and I don't have to get them hemmed. Along with shorter length in the legs, I've noticed my jeans/pants got higher in the rise too. I used to wear my tops untucked, all the time, even with high rise bottoms. But more recently I started to half tuck/semi tuck my tops and this let's me pair the look with belts, which I've been enjoying.
