I do mean minimal because that is all I have.&nbsp;It wasn't as&nbsp; difficult as I though it would be. It just takes&nbsp;a little faith. You are stretched out in places I never imagined when you are through. Intense exercise! I've tried it a few times. I went tonight for the first time and I loved it. You are off the ground for most of the class. So that was a new experience for me. If it is offered in your area it is definitely worth the experience.<br /> It is done on circus silks suspended from the ceiling. </p>
