If you need a lot of stretch and don't think you'll be able to get your foot in it at all, check to see if there is a western wear store near you. They have special machines for stretching boots, and can probably help you. If you think you are close to getting them on, then you might be able to get them on (and stretching via wear) by putting your foot into a thin plastic bag like a sock and slipping it into the boot. Then put the boot on and walk around in it.
