I wouldn't wear the sleeveless dress to a professional event unless you'll keep your arms covered another way. I have 2 dinners (my husband is invited speaker) and I am debating black pants/jacket vs dress/pashmina (one short sleeve black dress, one sleeveless blue dress). Which would be more appropriate? Also- high-heeled sandals vs black pumps? (I am planning on pants/blouse/sweater for meeting and have conservative outfit for sight-seeing).<br />Thanks in advance! </p>
