Either a white/cream/light coloured pattern cardigan to create a low contrast, tonal look or something with lots of drama and contrast. Red and blue would both work here as long as you chose them in the same slightly darker tones as the yellow of the dress. Or you could go a bit more "out there" and experiment with secondary colours.
