You can certainly have them altered. It might be more expensive to shorten them and have the cuffs reattached, but it can be done. If you don't mind losing the cuffs and having a plain hem, that might be cheaper. I don't sew, and I have minimal experience with having garments altered. Pre-YLF I never even considered altering a near perfect item to make it perfect.</p> <p>So here's the deal: I found these awesome navy linen pants. They are high-waisted with wide legs and cuffed hems. I tried them on in store and I love the way they fit...except for one little problem- they have a 35 inch inseam! 35 inches! Seriously?! I would have to wear 3-4 inch heels, and that is not an option. I really want these for my spring/summer capsule, but can they be shortened with the cuffed hems?
