Just give the ends a tug to tighten when I stand up from sitting, to make sure it's all still secure; but actually it's pretty easy, this cheat's wrap (the back is semi-structured and it's two pieces, not one; so easier if less versatile than the moby type single lengths of fabric).<br /><br />Scarlet, I hear you---I was quite surprised and amazed by how many sizes and shapes of garment I needed/got through in the first 10 days or so!
